Your complaint will be processed by a member of the Ethics Committee, who will evaluate it and ensure that it is properly dealt with by the company.

The ticket procedure guarantees anonimity and confidentiality. However, if you wish, you can leave an email so that we can inform you directly about the progress of your ethical complaint.

Even if you leave an email, we will treat your concern with due respect to our Code of Ethics and its anti-retaliation clause.
